Message from DPW (7/30):
 
There are several simultaneous projects happening around the City this week (weather permitting). 
 
Sidewalk grinding work on North Street from Belding Street to the Visitors Center has started prior to the repairs being done.
Please be mindful of the crews working out there. 
 
Lafayette Street paving should be taking place in the coming days (weather permitting) now that the sub-infrastructure work with both waterline connections and structure repairs have been completed by our water and highway department staff. 
 
Please be aware that crews will be out and about in various locations this week throughout the city.
